But it is not all bad news. Thanks to some great resources and creative thinkers that come up with workouts like these, it can be tolerable and even beneficial to be on the dreadmill. Today I did the “Egyptian” with a little bit of a modification for the first time with the workout, and you know what? It was challenging and miles ticked by quickly. I would even say that it was FUN.
I think these will get me through to when it is safe to go back outside, some time in April. 😉 I just pray the machine holds up to the abuse.
