Lessons Learned: Disney Marathon

1. Hokas are awesome
2. Marathons require mental prep (duh)
3. Your pacer won’t slow down to participate in your pity party, even if it is your husband 😉
4. You have to practice negative splitting if you expect to be able to do it in a race (again – duh)
5. Sports massages are the bomb! Janine is fantastic
